When you want your guests to remember the food, go Oaxacan. Our Oaxacan Celebration Buffet is our most elevated catering package, built around rich birria de res and mole Oaxaqueño over chicken.
It also comes with cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried pinto beans, corn and flour tortillas, and house salsas. These are slow, deep flavors that make a celebration feel special, whether it's a wedding, an anniversary, or a big family milestone. It starts at 40 guests.

At least 5 days ahead, or 14 days for 75+ guests. A 25% deposit confirms your date. Tax and gratuity are additional.
Delivery requires a $1,000 minimum order. Smaller orders can be picked up at our Salinas deli (343 Main St).
