Your wedding day should taste like home. El Colibrí is a family-owned restaurant on Main Street in Salinas, and we cook Mexican food for receptions, rehearsal dinners, and welcome dinners all over Monterey County.
Most couples start with our Oaxacan Celebration Buffet, our most elevated spread with birria de res and mole Oaxaqueño. Setup, refills, staffing, and full service are quoted separately from the starting package prices, so you only pay for the help you need.

No. The per-person prices are starting prices. Tax and gratuity are added on top, along with any setup, staffing, or full service you choose.
Delivery requires a $1,000 minimum order. Smaller orders can be picked up at our Salinas deli (343 Main St).
