A charcuterie board is one of the most popular things we bring to an event. Guests gather around it, talk, and snack while the rest of the party gets going. At El Colibrí, our family kitchen on Main Street in Salinas builds grazing boards for celebrations across Monterey County.
Most people add a charcuterie board to one of our catering packages. It pairs especially well with the Fajita Fiesta Buffet, and it makes an easy starter before any buffet. Boards like these are usually loaded with cheeses, cured meats, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, nuts, crackers, and fresh flowers.
Want a board without a full buffet? You can order one on its own for pickup at our Salinas deli at 343 Main St. Boards are typically around $500, and we'll confirm in your quote. Delivery is available with a $1,000 minimum order.
